Hi, I’m Natalie Shirvanian — meditation teacher, life coach, and passionate guide on the journey of inner healing.
My path began at 14, when a life-changing event left me struggling with stress and sleep issues. That challenge sparked a lifelong quest: to find real, lasting tools to heal, grow, and reconnect with my inner strength.
With a background in psychology, 3-year scholarship from Russia-Oxford Fund and midway through doctoral studies, I was immersed in academic research — until I faced an existential crisis that pulled me toward a deeper calling. I continued my education in mental health counseling in the USA, but my heart knew: I wasn’t meant to be a conventional therapist.
So I paused. I healed. I listened deeply.
I explored mindfulness, yoga, positive affirmations, and energy work. I began practicing — not just techniques, but a new way of living. And everything changed.
Since 2021, I’ve been sharing guided meditations on the Insight Timer app, helping thousands of people return to themselves, find rest, and experience real transformation. I believe that healing doesn’t come from effort alone — it comes from presence, connection, and allowing.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk beside you — to hold space, to share tools, and to witness the beauty of who you truly are.

I’m Muriel Boulanger — musician and certified yoga teacher.
In 2016, I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Ghent University. However, I decided to pursue my creative passion and went on to complete a Bachelor's in Music Production at the Conservatory of Ghent. Creativity is the thread that runs through everything I do. Today, you can see me performing as a bassist and singer with various bands (MURI, Wave a Way, Sous-Couche). I also danced contemporary dance for many years.
My other deep passion is yoga and meditation, which I’ve been exploring for over ten years. In 2019, I completed an intensive yoga and meditation course in Mexico. I also took part in several retreats, including a 10-day silent meditation retreat. A few years ago, I felt called to dive deeper and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yogalife in Ghent. I then continued with a 40-hour Pranayama training (breath and energy techniques) and traveled to India for an advanced 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.
At Breathing in Ghent: Well-being Studio, I guide Yoga Nidra sessions — a meditation practice for deep relaxation, where you enter a conscious state between waking and sleeping.
