Natalie Shirvanian - Sleep Architect & Holistic Yoga Mentor

My path began early. At 14, a life-shaking event left me battling stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights. For years, I searched for real solutions.
I studied psychology, earned a three-year Oxford-Russia scholarship, and began PhD research in developmental psychology, but left midway when a deeper calling emerged. Later, I earned a Master’s in psychotherapy in the USA. Along the way, I discovered my true path wasn’t conventional therapy but a holistic, spiritual way of helping others.
Through mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and self-crafted rituals—not just as techniques, but as a way of living—everything changed.
Since 2021, I’ve guided meditations on Insight Timer, where over 80,000 people have practiced with me to find peace and rest. My teachings reach listeners in more than 50 countries, and I’ve spoken on spirituality, sleep, and anxiety relief for groups large and small.
Today, in Belgium, I am the founder of Breathing in Gent: Well-Being Studio — an intimate sanctuary where high-achieving professionals and soulful seekers are invited to exhale, soften, and return to themselves.
At the heart of my work is The Mystic Method for Deep Sleep™—a three-shift program guiding people from anxiety and overthinking to deep, rejuvenating sleep through connection, ritual, and meaningful belief.
