I’m Natalie — Sleep Architect, Holistic Yoga Mentor and creator of The Mystic Method for Deep Sleep.
I help people relax, quiet the mind and sleep well.
After years of struggling with insomnia, I developed The Mystic Method for Deep Sleep: a blend of psychology, reflective practices, meditation and spirituality that helps restore deep, natural rest.
I combine science with ancient wisdom to guide people back to balance, peace, and inner stillness.
I hold a Master’s in Psychotherapy (USA), studied psychology across Europe and received the Oxford–Russia Scholarship. More than 80,000 people have joined my guided meditations on Insight Timer to experience calm, clarity and deep restorative sleep.
