Meditation is a fitness for the mind

Meditation is a practice where we focus to calm our mind and body, and potentially enhance our
well-being. We bring our attention to breathing which helps us to detach from overthinking.  We
learn to observe our thoughts and emotions without getting carried away with them.

Our meditations contain guidance, visualizations and positive affirmations and they are suitable for all levels.

We have cushioned meditation chairs with the back to provide you with maximum comfort while sitting or laying. 

During morning meditations we set our mind for a happy, successful, productive day full of love and
inspiration. Sleep meditations help us cope with stress and anxiety and improve the quality of sleep. We let go off the information overload and learn to quiet the mind and body while enhancing inner peace.

Stress-Relief Yoga

Yoga is the journey to yourself

Our yoga practice include special exercises to help you increase flexibility, strength, and balance. It can also help improve your cardiovascular health and cognitive performance as well as reduce stress level. 

We practice yoga in small groups. We combine postures, breathing techniques and meditation to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Throughout the class we pay special attention to breathing which is a key element for calming the mind and boosting the resilience.
